Background & Experience

For those who don’t know me, I’m Wilson Lo, a personal trainer in Immortal Fitness. Fitness and weight training have always been my passion since I was 16. Starting off as a typical “chubby kid” with 32% body fat, I decided I was heading in the wrong direction and chose to change my path. Finally after a lot of hard work I have accomplished my dream to become a fitness trainer. My mission is to help as many people as I can to transform their physiques into their ideal figures. With a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise and my professional guidance, the healthy life that many of us strive for can be achieved .It’s easy to see that insufficient exercise will lead us to various kinds of illnesses.” Neck and back stiffness ,osteoporosis , high blood pressure ,diabetes ⋯whatever you name it . Acting late will cost you a fortune to get these illnesses controlled. Even worse you may have to stick with a heap of pills every day for the rest of your life. It’s a high time to start with me and I’m ready to lead the way. My favourite saying “it’s not going to be easy, but it’s going to be worth it “
