Positive, Energetic, Hard Working, Never give up, those attitudes you can see in the athletes, I told myself all the time I can own it because I am a personal trainer. Whatever you are athletes or not, you will be own these characteristics after you got a professional fitness training. In my training philosophy, fitness training is not only challenge your body, it also challenge your mind. Change your mind, Change your outcome, I got those things when I was a young sport player. Long time being keep in touch with sport, I play Basketball, Badminton, Dragon boat, Sailing, Kayaking, Mountain Craft Training,etc. I understand no matter your specific sports trained well, it still including one element -Fitness which can support you performed well and avoid injuries. When your life including fitness, I can tell you will be happier and energetic, and I want to help you achieve a high quality of life. ‘Come on! Let’s go fitness together.’
